The FPO Manak Tool has been designed for capacity assessment of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) on various parameters including Member Mobilisation, Governance & Administrative Performance, Financial Performance, and FPC’s Impact on the member farmers. This tool can be used by representatives of FPOs for self-assessment or by External Agencies (Support Agencies/Auditors) for assessment of FPOs on above parameters.
